International Game Technology (IGT) announced in a press release published on January 27 that it had received from Human Rights Campaign (HRC) the perfect note of 100/100 to the equality index within the company, which makes IGT the best workplace for LGBTQ+ equality in 2022. What is the CEI report?
In 2022, no less than 842 companies around the world have received the designation "Best Place to Work" by obtaining the maximum note by HCR. Some measures taken by IGT to deserve this title
For four years already, IGT has implemented a series of programs, change of policies and system to practice exemplarity and the promotion of diversity in order to make their business a more attractive and inclusive place.
